COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY FOR INSOMNIA
A safe and effective means of managing chronic insomnia
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is considered the gold standard for the treatment of insomnia. The American College of Physicians recommends CBT-i as the first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia. CBT-I is a non-pharmacological, multi-component approach to insomnia. You will work with your therapist to develop an individualized plan and help you overcome the obstacles that keep you from getting a good nights sleep. You will need between 8-12 sessions. Sessions are available in an individual or group setting.
